Job summary

Prysmian Group is hiring Production Line Operators for the Claremont, NC facility. You will support production on day or night shifts, following strict safety and quality procedures to maintain efficient output in a climate controlled cleanroom environment.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, some manufacturing experience preferred, and be ready for background checks and pre-employment drug testing. Shift options provide 12-hour rotations and overtime when required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Manufacturing background preferred.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line equipment safely around hot/sharp glass and machinery.
• Follow work instructions to meet production and quality standards.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods (12 hours).
• Adhere to safety, PPE, and regulatory requirements; perform routine tasks.
