Job summary

Prysmian in Claremont, NC is looking for a Supervisor to manage a 12-hour manufacturing shift in a cable production plant. Responsible for ensuring safety, quality standards, and meeting production goals, the Supervisor will also coach operators and conduct shift reports.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and at least 5 years of manufacturing experience, with a strong background in Lean Manufacturing preferred. Knowledge of Excel and SAP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must complete OJT for specific job classification, as needed, on time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a 12-hour rotating shift in a cable manufacturing plant.
• Ensure production goals are met while following safety and quality standards.
• Motivate and coach operators to achieve production accountability.
