Job summary

Prysmian is seeking Production Line Operators to run equipment and produce quality product safely and on schedule. You will work 12-hour shifts (days and nights), follow procedures, perform setups, load/unload, monitor quality, log data for traceability, and support cross-training in a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• Basic math skills including percentages.
• Able to stand for 12 hours and lift up to 35 pounds occasionally.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Able to pass background and drug tests.
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line equipment to produce quality product safely and on time.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean work area.
• Monitor and inspect product quality; log information for traceability.
• Perform setups per established procedures; load/unload equipment.
• Work from instructions and support cross-training activities.
• Perform other duties as required.
