Responsibilities

• Install and configure cable systems including internet, TV, and phone services.
• Place aerial and underground cable to connect customer premises.
• Install enclosures (pedestals, handholes), vaults, and other infrastructure.
• Mark/label facilities to identify and trace wiring.
• Assist with or perform fiber optic splicing and repairs.
• Conduct signal testing and troubleshoot for optimal service performance.
• Provide excellent customer service and explain services to customers.
• Complete paperwork and document work performed.
