• Perform installations and repairs of aerial and buried fiber or copper drops according to standards.

• Operate hand tools and test equipment for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Test and troubleshoot drop facilities to identify and fix issues.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company procedures.
• Complete paperwork including job reports and inventory records.
• Mentor junior installers as needed.
• Restore worksite and utilities after project completion.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of fiber optics and related equipment.
