Job summary

Prince Telecom LLC is seeking a Cable Installation Technician to safely install and troubleshoot video services, internet, telephone, and alarm equipment for customers in homes and businesses. The role involves identifying issues, reviewing services with customers, and educating them on usage.

This position requires you to be 18+, authorized to work in the US, hold a high school diploma or GED, and possess a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable record

Responsibilities

• Install, disconnect, and troubleshoot video service, internet, telephone, and/or alarm equipment in customer homes and businesses
• Identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues
• Review requested services with the customer to ensure understanding and agreement
• Educate the customer on product and service usage
• Clean, maintain, and stock vehicle and equipment
• Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/afterhours responsibilities as needed
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned
