Prince Telecom LLC in Milwaukee, WI is hiring full-time entry-level Cable Technicians. No experience required; we provide paid training, a company vehicle, full benefits, and more.

You’ll install, disconnect, and troubleshoot video service, internet, telephone, and alarm equipment in customer homes and businesses, and educate customers on usage. This role offers weekly pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for the company without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must live within an hour of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
• 6 months to 1 year of Telecom experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, disconnect, and troubleshoot video service, internet, telephone, and/or alarm equipment in customer homes and businesses.
• Identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues.
• Review all requested services with the customer to ensure understanding and agreement.
• Educate the customer regarding product and service usage.
• Clean, maintain, and stock vehicle and equipment.
• Work overtime, travel, and perform on-call/afterhours responsibilities as needed.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

• To be 18 years of age or older

• Must live within an hour of Milwaukee, Wisconsin
• 6 months to 1 year of Telecom experience

Physical Abilities & Exposures

• Routinely: operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, work alone in remote locations , bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift greater than 55 pounds without assistance.
• Occasionally: entry into attics or crawl spaces, use ladder and gaffs for climbing poles, keyboard and mouse
