A cable service provider in the Green Bay area is hiring full-time Cable Technicians to install and troubleshoot cable TV and internet services. Responsibilities

• Interact professionally with customers, including during escalations.

What You’ll Do

• Install, disconnect, reconnect, add, change, and troubleshoot cable TV, internet, telephone and/or alarm equipment.
• Identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues.
• Complete paperwork accurately and report/record work order status updates.
• Perform customer service duties by:
• Greeting customers in the home during a walkthrough;
• Reviewing all requested services with the customer to ensure understanding and agreement;
• Interacting with customers in a professional, courteous manner, including when responding to escalations and repeated concerns;
• Educate the customer regarding product and service usage.

Who We Are Looking For

• Valid driver's license required
• Minimum 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Comfortable working in tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics, etc.)
• Comfortable working in inclement weather
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Effective communication skills
• Able to travel and work extended hours; overtime and weekends as needed
• Ability to lift, climb, and carry ladders with weight up to 80 lbs
