Job summary

You will own P&L, manage budgets and capital plans, and lead program execution from quotation to delivery while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in aerospace/defense manufacturing.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with cable assembly, harness, or interconnect operations.
• Proven ability to own P&L and drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the business unit's strategy for cables assemblies.
• Drive growth by pursuing new opportunities in aerospace and defense markets.
• Oversee contracts and programs ensuring scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
• Own full P&L and manage revenue, margin, and targets.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and capital plans.
• Manage program lifecycles from quotation to delivery.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery meeting specs and quality.
• Serve as primary customer contact and maintain relationships.
