Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Industry knowledge of Telecom/Datacom market segments.
• Strong communication across cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, operational leadership, and financial management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a bias for action.
• Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead a matrixed team across engineering, Product Mgmt, Marketing, Ops and Quality.
• Own revenue and profitability with account P&L ownership and cost improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Management to align solutions with customer needs.
• Drive operational excellence and achievement of KPIs.
• Represent the business unit in executive reviews and coordinate with sister units.
• Develop and execute a customer-specific strategic roadmap for growth.
• Foster a high-performance culture across dispersed teams.
