Job summary

Interior Logic Group in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Cabinet Field Technician North of 101 to Prescott. You will perform warranty repairs and product installations, supporting both customer service and production operations in occupied homes and new construction environments.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year in construction or related trades, a valid driver's license, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ year in construction or related trades.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance as required by state law.
• Ability to perform repairs in occupied homes.
• Strong verbal communication and organization skills.
• Experience in cabinetry repairs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, touch-ups, and installation-related tasks across multiple trades.
• Perform repairs in occupied homes and in new construction to ILG standards.
• Manage materials and coordinate production installs.
• Maintain inventory and document repairs, materials, and appointments.
• Travel to local customer locations for field service and support.
• Mentor and support less experienced technicians as applicable.
• Provide feedback to internal teams on product quality and process improvements.
• Ensure safety standards are followed.
