Job summary

Interior Logic Group is seeking a Cabinet Customer Service Technician for the North West Valley region (N of 101 to Prescott) to deliver high-quality warranty repairs and product installations, supporting customer service and production operations.

You will work in occupied homes and in new construction, maintaining safety, communicating clearly with customers and teams, and documenting work promptly and accurately while mentoring less experienced technicians.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ year construction or related trades experience.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance as required.
• Ability to work in occupied homes.
• Cabinetry/wood finishing experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, touch-ups, and installations across multiple trades.
• Travel to local customer locations for field service and support.
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and materials.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to confirm scope and timelines.
• Document completed repairs and appointments accurately.
• Mentor and support other technicians as needed.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
