ISI Design and Installation Solutions, INC. is seeking a Cabinet Customer Service Technician to support warranty repairs and product installations in the North West Valley area.

The role blends customer service with production operations, focusing on safe, efficient repairs to ILG’s quality standards. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1+ years in construction or related trades, with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; construction/related trades experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Experience performing repairs in occupied homes.
• Strong verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Cabinetry repair/installation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, touch-ups, and installation-related tasks across multiple trades and materials.
• Perform repairs and replacements in occupied homes and new construction in accordance with standards and safety requirements.
• Manage materials, tools, and inventory for field operations.
• Travel to local customer locations to perform field service, repairs, and support.
• Communicate scope, timelines, and expectations with customers and internal teams.
• Organize workflow and document repairs, materials, and completed appointments accurately.
• Provide feedback to internal teams regarding product quality and process improvements.
• Mentor and support less experienced technicians when applicable.
