Job summary

Interior Logic Group, Inc. is seeking a Cabinet Customer Service Technician to deliver high-quality warranty repairs and product installations in the Phoenix area.

You’ll support both customer service and production operations, ensuring work is performed safely and to ILG’s standards. You will travel to local sites, communicate clearly with customers and teams, maintain documentation, mentor junior technicians, and contribute to process improvements while working in occupied homes and new

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• 1+ years in construction or related trades with increasing responsibility.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance as required by state law.
• Ability to perform repairs in occupied homes.
• Good verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in cabinets repair/touch-up/adjustment.
• Ability to train or mentor other technicians as experience level increases.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, touch-ups, and installation-related tasks across multiple trades.
• Perform minor to complex repairs in occupied homes following ILG standards.
• Travel to local customer locations for field service.
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and materials.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Mentor and support less experienced technicians.
• Document completed appointments accurately.
• Provide feedback for process improvements.
