Job summary

ILG is seeking a Cabinet Customer Service Technician to join our field team in the North West Valley area. You will perform repairs, installations, and touch-ups across multiple trades, including cabinetry, flooring, and countertops, at occupied homes and new construction sites.

You will coordinate with customers and internal teams, document work, and uphold ILG quality standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year in construction, a valid driver's license, and

1+ years in construction or related trades.
Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
Ability to perform repairs in occupied homes.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience with cabinetry repairs preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform repairs, touch-ups, and installation-related tasks across multiple trades and materials.
Perform repairs in occupied homes and new construction according to ILG standards and safety requirements.
Coordinate material handling and job-site logistics for production installs.
Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and materials for field operations.
Travel to local customer locations to perform field service, repairs, and support.
Document work and communicate scope, timelines, and expectations clearly.
