Qualifications

• 3 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• California workers' compensation jurisdictional knowledge required; SIP or must be obtained within one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and adjudicating workers' compensation claims to determine benefits.
• Negotiating settlements within designated authority.
• Communicating claim activity with claimants and clients.
• Coordinating with carriers and team members to ensure timely resolutions.
