Qualifications

• 3+ years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• California workers compensation knowledge required; SIP licensing to be obtained within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and adjudicate workers' compensation claims to determine benefits and ensure timely resolution.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority and communicate activity to claimants and clients.
• Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to directions professionally.
• Maintain adherence to client service requirements and industry best practices.

Education
