Responsibilities

Make consistent outbound calls and respond promptly to inbound inquiries.
Reconnect with database leads and maintain purposeful follow-up.
Identify motivation, timing, needs, and readiness to meet with an agent.
Address objections professionally and book qualified appointments.
Confirm appointments, follow up on missed meetings, and coordinate handoffs.
Keep CRM notes, lead stages, next actions, and follow-up dates accurate.
Work with the team to track signed clients and transactions resulting from your appointments.
