Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks an Analyst in Norfolk, VA for the C5ISR Modernization Process supporting NSWCs and CNSL. Responsibilities include risk evaluation, requirements alignment, and guiding C5IMP activities from a TYCOM perspective.

The role requires U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain SECRET clearance, collaboration with CNSL staff, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; travel up to 10% may occur as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a SECRET security clearance.
• Ability to coordinate with Navy and CNSL staff to research COAs and advise on actions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in evaluating risk, aligning capabilities to requirements, and executing the C5IMP process from the TYCOM perspective.
• Track SCDs/Alterations approved for installation with risk in assigned platforms and ensure timely completion of outstanding requirements.
• Collaborate with CNSL staff and CNSL officers to research, analyze and recommend COAs that optimize Navy, Fleet and Force updates.
• Coordinate ship alteration maturities through the Navy Modernization Process, NDE, AMPS, NTIRA to research SCD status within SHIPMAIN.
• Review and analyze requests to install C5IMP upgrades via Navy channels and ECCB.
• Resolve conflicts in modernization with ships schedules, CMAVs and WOO.
• Draft and route Naval messages for endorsement; identify risks to the Fleet with SYSCOM.
