Job summary

CACI is seeking a Project Analyst to join the PMO on global C4ISR DoD projects. You will oversee program operations, coordinate with stakeholders, and translate requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in C4ISR or similar programs, plus 2+ years in RF communications or networks. Strong writing and presentation skills are essential, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical or managerial discipline.
• 5+ years of direct work experience with C4ISR or similar programs.
• 2+ years in design/development, production, installation, and test & evaluation of RF communications.
• Experience supervising a project team.
• Scheduling work, writing proposals and/or preparing bid.
• Experience ordering and/or transporting equipment and material.
• Knowledge of FAR and DoD procurement policies.
• Exceptional written and oral communications abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify mission requirements and schedules.
• Provide support of tasks and functional operations.
• Develop operation plans that fit within budget and meet customer requirements for global support.
• Perform as a liaison between technical and functional areas.
• Support project managers in planning and monitoring program operations.
• Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements to ensure stakeholders’ needs are met.
• Collaborate with teams to translate requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.
• Create detailed reports on project progress, issues, and outcomes.
• Ensure reports are clear, concise, and tailored to the audience’s needs.
• Develop and deliver professional presentations to communicate project status, findings, and recommendations.
• Utilize visual aids and data to enhance the effectiveness of presentations.
• Utilize Microsoft Word to draft, edit, and format documents to professional standards.
• Analyze data and create spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel to support decision-making and reporting.
