Responsibilities

• Evaluate risk, align capabilities to requirements, and execute C5IMP from TYCOM perspective.
• Track ship alterations and ensure timely completion of requirements.
• Collaborate with CNSL staff to research COAs and optimize fleet updates.
• Adjudicate ship alteration maturities through NMP, NDE, AMPS, and NTIRA.
• Review requests to install C5IMP upgrades via naval messages or ECCB.
• Resolve modernization conflicts with ship schedules and windows of opportunity.
• Draft and route Naval messages; identify risks to the Fleet with SYSCOM.
