Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Program Analyst to provide program analysis, operational coordination, and staff support to Government leadership and program personnel in planning, coordinating, executing, and tracking activities.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter able to manage multiple priorities, coordinate across organizations, and track requirements to completion in a fast-paced national security environment.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience in program analysis, program management, project coordination, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce professional staff products.
• Familiarity with DoW acquisition, program management, operational planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program planning, coordination, execution, and tracking for leadership and staff.
• Manage taskers, actions, suspense dates, responses, and follow-up requirements.
• Maintain visibility of requirements, milestones, deliverables, risks, and actions across organizations.
• Prepare agendas, document decisions, and track follow-up for meetings.
• Draft, review, and maintain program documents, briefings, summaries, and staff products.
• Support development and maintenance of schedules, briefing materials, and performance measures.
