Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Combat Systems, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Analyst in the Norfolk area to support Navy modernization efforts. You will evaluate risk, align capabilities to requirements, and drive the C5IMP process from the TYCOM perspective across multiple platforms.

The role requires Navy experience, ability to liaison with naval officers, and proficiency in MS Office, with a SECRET security clearance anticipated.

Qualifications

• Required: ability to properly prioritize and multi-task.
• U.S. Citizen and ability to acquire a SECRET security clearance.
• Ability to support, communicate, and liaison with U.S. Naval Officers, senior enlisted, civil service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Desired: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 to 10 years of US Navy experience.
• Knowledge of US Navy maintenance philosophy.
• Understanding of reliability principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in evaluating risk, aligning capabilities to requirements, and executing the C5IMP process from the TYCOM perspective.
• Track SCDs/Alterations approved for installation with risk in assigned platforms and ensure timely completion of outstanding requirements.
• Collaborates with CNSL staff to research, analyze and recommend COAs that optimize updates.
• Coordinates and adjudicates ship alteration maturities through the Navy processes and tools to research status of SCDs.
• Review and analyze requests to install C5IMP upgrades via Navy messages or ECCB.
• Resolve conflicts in modernization with ships schedules, CMAVs and WOO.
• Draft, respond, and route Naval messages for endorsement; identify risks to the Fleet.
• Analyze NDE risk form contributions for A-O maturities through SCD phases.
• Validate certifications and maturity elements with NAVSEA and Fleet representatives to execute FRP.
• Research shipboard modernization equipment installation requests for C5I hardware/software.
• Validate accuracy and completeness of ship Modernization Baseline changes; provide input for TYCOM voting.
• Liaise with multiple offices to ensure FRP can be executed with latest technologies.
• Process and author Risk Assessment, Late Add, NPC, and emergent install messages for surface combatants.
