Job summary

Innovative Reasoning, LLC seeks a seasoned professional to provide on-site support for U.S. Marine Corps and Navy C2/C4I systems aboard amphibious ships.

You will analyze system data exchanges, develop requirements, and coordinate with DoD and Joint stakeholders to shape C4ISR policy and architecture. The role requires 8+ years of relevant experience or 12 years without a degree, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management or related field, with 8+ years of relevant experience (or 12 years without a degree).
• Solid knowledge of Marine Corps and Navy organizational structures and functions.
• Excellent interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system data exchanges and develop documentation on C4ISR system requirements for amphibious forces.
• Represent USMC interests with DoD, Joint, Navy and international stakeholders on C4ISR policy.
• Support integration of amphibious C4I architecture for afloat MAGTF and configuration baselines.
