This is an immediate-fill position on an active, funded program producing all-source intelligence for Marine Corps and Joint decision makers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct all-source analysis to evaluate foreign military systems and technologies
- Research, produce, and brief intelligence products and estimates in response to MCIA's Program of Analysis and customer RFIs
- Produce written assessments and briefings that meet IC standards (ICD 203, 206, 208) and MCIA production and review processes
- Identify intelligence gaps and develop collection strategies and requirements to close them
- Support Threat Steering Groups across USMC Combat Development and Integration to identify risk drivers for materiel solutions
- Produce Validated Online Lifecycle Threat Reports (VOLTs), Critical Intelligence Parameters (CIPs), and Capability Development Threat Summaries in support of Marine Corps acquisition programs and the JCIDS process
- Assess foreign military C4 and ISR capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities using all-source methods
- Analyze foreign exercises and operations to identify C4ISR TTPs, doctrine, readiness, integration, and compatibility issues
- Analyze C4ISR assets including disposition, movements, sensors, architecture, networks, nodes, targeting, survivability, and denial and deception tactics
- Analyze signals and emitters using ELINT data sources, tools, and techniques
- Assess foreign early warning capabilities to detect and react to U.S. maritime, ground, and air activity, including temporal analysis
- Monitor C4ISR acquisition and modernization trends using SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and HUMINT and assess impacts on U.S. operations
- Conduct all-source production on foreign naval air, surface, undersea, and naval infantry C4ISR capabilities

Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Demonstrated experience analyzing foreign C4ISR systems, networks, sensors, or early warning capabilities
- 8+ years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this labor category, with a portion within the last 2 years
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead research on complex problems, and collaborate across the IC
Desired Qualifications
- ELINT or SIGINT analytic background
- Experience supporting acquisition threat products (VOLTs, CIPs)
