Job summary

Streamline Defense is seeking a mid-level C4ISR Analyst to support the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA) at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia. Multiple openings are available on an immediate-fill basis for an active, funded program producing all-source intelligence for Marine Corps and Joint decision makers.

Responsibilities include conducting all-source analysis, producing briefings, identifying intelligence gaps, and developing collection strategies.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
• 8+ years of all-source analysis experience, with recent work within the last 2 years.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source analysis to evaluate foreign C4ISR systems, networks, sensors and early warning capabilities.
• Research, produce, and brief intelligence products and estimates for MCIA's Program of Analysis and RFIs.
• Produce assessments and briefings that meet IC standards (ICD 203, 206, 208) and MCIA processes.
• Identify intelligence gaps and develop collection strategies to close them.
• Support Threat Steering Groups across USMC Combat Development and Integration to identify risk drivers for materiel solutions.
• Produce VOLTs, CIPs, and Capability Development Threat Summaries for acquisition programs and JCIDS.
• Assess foreign C4ISR capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities using all-source methods.
• Analyze foreign exercises and operations to identify C4ISR TTPs, doctrine, readiness, integration, and compatibility issues.
• Analyze C4ISR assets including disposition, movements, sensors, architecture, networks, nodes, targeting, survivability, and denial and deception tactics.
• Analyze signals and emitters using ELINT data sources, tools, and techniques.
• Assess foreign early warning capabilities to detect and react to U.S. activity.
• Monitor C4ISR trends using SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT and HUMINT and assess impacts on U.S. operations.
• Conduct all-source production on foreign naval air, surface, undersea, and naval infantry C4ISR capabilities.

• Conduct all-source analysis to evaluate foreign military systems and technologies
• Research, produce, and brief intelligence products and estimates in response to MCIA's Program of Analysis and customer RFIs
• Produce written assessments and briefings that meet IC standards (ICD 203, 206, 208) and MCIA production and review processes
• Identify intelligence gaps and develop collection strategies and requirements to close them
• Support Threat Steering Groups across USMC Combat Development and Integration to identify risk drivers for materiel solutions
• Produce Validated Online Lifecycle Threat Reports (VOLTs), Critical Intelligence Parameters (CIPs), and Capability Development Threat Summaries in support of Marine Corps acquisition programs and the JCIDS process
• Assess foreign military C4 and ISR capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities using all-source methods
• Analyze foreign exercises and operations to identify C4ISR TTPs, doctrine, readiness, integration, and compatibility issues
• Analyze C4ISR assets including disposition, movements, sensors, architecture, networks, nodes, targeting, survivability, and denial and deception tactics
• Analyze signals and emitters using ELINT data sources, tools, and techniques
• Assess foreign early warning capabilities to detect and react to U.S. maritime, ground, and air activity, including temporal analysis
• Monitor C4ISR acquisition and modernization trends using SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and HUMINT and assess impacts on U.S. operations
• Conduct all-source production on foreign naval air, surface, undersea, and naval infantry C4ISR capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Demonstrated experience analyzing foreign C4ISR systems, networks, sensors, or early warning capabilities
• 8+ years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this labor category, with a portion within the last 2 years
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead research on complex problems, and collaborate across the IC
