Job summary

Innovative Reasoning, LLC seeks an on-site C4I/NETOPS specialist to support USMC and Navy C4I assets aboard amphibious ships and auxiliary platforms, based at Quantico, VA. The role provides technical and program support to MExW, DC, CD&I, and to preserve Naval integration of systems.

Responsibilities include naval network analysis, architecture design, systems integration, testing, and collaboration with DoD, Joint, and Navy stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management or related field; at least four years of relevant experience required
• Active U.S. Secret clearance required
• Experience with naval networks, C4I systems, and Marine/Joint staff coordination preferred
• Proficient in Cisco routing & switching; familiarity with Microsoft Server/Exchange/AD

Responsibilities

• Analyze naval network systems and develop documentation on C4I prototypes for amphibious operations
• Support architecture/design analysis, system integration, testing, and documentation of naval networks
• Engage with DoD, Joint, and Navy stakeholders to develop C4I requirements and policy
• Draft AMC4RC-related reports and briefings for Marine Corps leadership
• Prepare technical task products and coordinate with MExW and DC, CD&I stakeholders
