Job summary

JCTM is seeking a C4ISR Analyst at Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA. The role provides all-source intelligence analysis to MCIA and DoD requirements, leveraging multiple sources to assess foreign C4ISR capabilities and developments.

You will structure complex analyses, integrate reporting from various intelligence disciplines, and deliver concise defense intelligence products. You will independently organize analyses, identify trends and gaps, and prepare analytic products for decision-makers,

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
• 8+ years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the C4ISR/all-source intelligence mission area

Responsibilities

• All-Source Intelligence Analysis: conduct comprehensive analysis from multiple sources.
• ISR Capability Assessment: determine current and future foreign ISR capabilities using SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, HUMINT and others.
• Detection Capability Analysis: analyze foreign capabilities to detect, identify, track, and characterize activities and communications.
• Early Warning Analysis: perform temporal analysis to determine foreign early warning capabilities and implications for operations.
• Intelligence Production: develop timely, concise analytic reports and briefs using MS Office.
• Collaboration: work with IC members and mission partners to share information and address analytic disputes.
