Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems-Missile Defense Integration seeks an Engineer Systems - Sys Integration Engr (26-456) based at Schriever Space Force Base, CO. This role supports the C2BMC program to plan, test, and integrate command, control, and communications hardware and software.

The candidate should hold a STEM degree with 2 years of experience (or an advanced degree) and have an active Secret clearance and 8140 certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 2+ years of experience, or advanced degree with related work
• Active government clearance (Secret) and 8140 certification at time of start
• Domain knowledge in Networking, Linux, and/or Windows; experience with network configs and virtualization

Responsibilities

• Integrate C2BMC hardware and software into testbeds and conduct full system checkouts of VM, networks, and message flows
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the Missile Defense System with internal and external stakeholders
• Write test plans and PRs to document issues and provide feedback to developers
• Create/modify scripts to parse logs and analyze data
• Operate and troubleshoot C2BMC during test events and fielding activities
• Support meetings with National Team and Government customers with technical input and results
