Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Analyst and Systems Integration SME for the C2BMC Regional Applications team in Colorado Springs. The role involves leading integration, test, verification, and mission performance analyses across DoD stakeholders and Warfighter organizations.

Candidate should bring BMDS domain knowledge and a track record in real-world operations and leadership. The position requires current Secret clearance, strong UNIX/Linux skills (AIX), and experience with Agile

Qualifications

• Current Secret security clearance required to start.
• 12 years of experience with relevant field; Master’s preferred or 16 years experience as alternative.
• Proven ability to produce authoritative integration, test, and analysis reports for real-time systems.
• Hands-on proficiency with UNIX/Linux environments (including AIX).
• Experience with Agile development tools (JIRA, Bitbucket, FishEye, Crucible).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to brief senior officials and Warfighter teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and analysts in system design and test processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Systems Integrator and Analyst for C2BMC regional applications; provide first-line troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Support developers through issue investigation, TRs, and CRs; verify test findings.
• Conduct investigations from distributed and integrated ground test events for BMDS functionality.
• Produce analyses of timelines, performance, throughput, and latency for real-world events.
• Develop and execute test verification plans for software functionality in lab environments.
• Plan and execute integration tasks to support multiple builds; demonstrate enhancements to internal/external customers.
