Job summary

Gridiron IT is seeking a Command and Control (C2) Portfolio Analyst to support a senior defense client with strategy, planning, and acquisition for C2 systems, CJADC2 modernization, and integration. You will perform decision analysis, optimize portfolio investments, and engage with governance groups to reduce enterprise risk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operational planning, force development, and deployment for C2.
• Ability to develop strategies, briefs, and information papers for senior DoD staff.
• Experience translating detailed technical data into executive-level decisions.
• Anticipates client requirements and delivers with minimal oversight.
• Knowledge of CJADC2 objectives and related acquisition processes.
• Familiarity with AAF and JCIDS or PPBE processes.
• Hold TS/SCI clearance as required.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy development, planning, and acquisition for C2 systems.
• Provide decision analysis and optimization recommendations for portfolio investments.
• Evaluate existing C2 systems to improve operations and network performance.
• Monitor JADC2 capabilities development and gather lessons learned data.
• Engage with internal and external governance groups and working bodies.
