Job summary

INCA Engineering seeks a C2 Portfolio Analyst to support a DoD portfolio of Command and Control systems. The role involves analyzing C2 capabilities, supporting strategy, planning, and acquisition, and communicating implications to senior Government decision makers.

You will be onsite with some travel and occasional telework. The position requires 5+ years in C2, a top-secret clearance, and experience in a HQ or staff officer environment. INCA Engineering offers strong benefits and growth.

Qualifications

• This role requires 5+ years supporting C2 mission sets, operations, or related activities.
• Experience as an action officer or staff officer in a HQ environment (OSD/JCS/service/agency).
• Ability to synthesize inputs from multiple organizations into senior decision products.
• Knowledge of CJADC2 objectives and modernization efforts.
• Familiarity with the DoD AAF and JCIDS or PPBE processes.
• US Citizenship with an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze C2 systems, capabilities, interoperability, and modernization activities across the portfolio.
• Support strategy development, implementation planning, acquisition, and transition assessments.
• Develop technical reports and briefings for senior Government officials.
• Coordinate inputs from Government, operations, engineering, acquisition, and industry stakeholders.
• Support C2 modernization and experimentation, including lessons learned and improvement opportunities.
