Qualifications

Master's degree in a technical field with 12+ years of related experience (or 16 years without the degree).
Active DoD Secret clearance required; Top Secret preferred.
Expertise in hybrid cloud architecture, DISN/DoDIN modernization, and edge cloud architectures.
Power BI (DAX, data modeling) and architectural artifact development.
Familiarity with Advana, Jira, and Confluence.

Responsibilities

Provide SME-level support to a DoD CIO Action Officer as a hybrid data systems engineer and policy analyst.
Lead design and deployment of secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across DoDIN and tactical edge deployments.
Develop blueprints ensuring resilience, and guide migrations to modern hybrid cloud solutions.
Advance security architectures including Zero Trust across enterprise and tactical networks.
Prepare white papers, briefs, and tasker responses aligned with CIO priorities.
