Job summary

JAS Worldwide is seeking an experienced C1 Integration & Support Manager to lead operational integration tasks during mergers and acquisitions. You will collaborate with the Global Project Manager and department stakeholders to finalize project plans, document requirements, and manage risk and timelines.

The role requires 5+ years in Logistics with CargoWise C1 expertise, strong communication and analytical skills, and willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years in Logistics, Freight Forwarding and CargoWise C1.
• Exposure to project management or project teams and Mergers & Acquisitions.
• Experience with CargoWise C1, communication skills and commercial sense.

Responsibilities

• Discovery documentation.
• Identify system configuration and operational process gaps.
• Analyze existing business and perform gap analysis including risk management.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders from all departments.
• Define operational tasks in detail for the Project Manager to include in the project plan.
• Document Operational Business Requirements for IT integrations.
• Perform initial C1 testing and obtain UAT sign-off.
• Provide go-live hyper care support.
• Communicate task status and timelines to Project Manager.
