Job summary

JAS Worldwide seeks a C1 Integration & Support Manager to drive operational tasks for mergers and acquisitions. You will collaborate with the Global Project Manager and stakeholders to finalize project plans and document IT integrations, including banking and tax systems, with a strong focus on C1 Master Data and finance procedures.

The role requires five+ years in logistics, CargoWise C1 expertise, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years in logistics, freight forwarding and CargoWise C1.
• Exposure to project management or M&A projects.
• Experience with CargoWise C1, strong communication and business sense.

Responsibilities

• Discovery documentation.
• Identify system configuration and process gaps.
• Analyze existing business and perform gap analysis.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders from all departments.
• Define operational tasks for the project plan.
• Document operational business requirements for IT integrations.
• Perform initial C1 testing and UAT signoff with local management.
• Produce local training documentation when needed.
• Communicate task status to the Project Manager.
• Provide go-live hyper care support.
