Job summary

JAS Forwarding (USA), Inc. is seeking a C1 Integration & Support Manager to lead operational integration tasks within mergers and acquisitions, coordinating with the Global Project Manager and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include identifying configuration gaps, documenting IT- and finance-related requirements, performing UAT, and delivering training and go-live support across local operations in a fast-paced, international logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and 5+ years in Logistics, Freight Forwarding and CargoWise C1
• Exposure to project management or working on projects/Mergers & Acquisitions desired
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; knowledge of forwarding and contract logistics advantageous
• Fluent in English; other languages preferred

Responsibilities

• Document discovery and analyze system configuration gaps
• Identify operational process gaps and assess risks
• Analyze existing business processes and map to requirements
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders from all departments
• Define granular operational tasks for the Project Manager to include in the plan
• Document IT-related operational requirements (bank, accounting, tax, billing integrations)
• Conduct initial C1 testing and obtain UAT sign-off
• Create local training documentation as needed
• Communicate task timelines and status to the Project Manager
• Provide go-live hyper-care support and issue logging
