AIT Worldwide Logistics seeks a Global Business Systems Manager to drive special projects and M&A integration readiness. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate business needs for technical execution, and support organizational change across the global operations.

The role emphasizes processes standardization, readiness activities, and governance, partnering with stakeholders to ensure smooth integrations and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with enterprise business systems or technology-enabled processes.
• 3+ years cross-functional project, transformation, or M&A integration experience.
• 5+ years experience in logistics, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or supply chain environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Global Business Systems representative for M&A, organic growth, and relocations; support CargoWise when no active deals.
• Coordinate system-related workstreams for M&A activities, including timelines and readiness planning.
• Lead or support cross-functional projects impacting enterprise systems, processes, and organizational change.
• Gather high-level business requirements and translate into actionable inputs for technical teams.
• Support business readiness, training coordination, and adoption activities related to system changes.
• Maintain documentation, governance artifacts, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Support continuous improvement of M&A integration processes.
• Contribute to development of Global Business Systems templates and governance frameworks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
