Job summary

Advanced Technology Systems Company in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a candidate with C-UAS/ISR FSR experience to support ATSC programs. The role entails close collaboration with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Technical Writing and Program Management under the Training Manager.

The position requires military DoD exposure, willingness to travel overseas, and the ability to obtain a tower climbing certification within 60 days. You will develop manuals and receive extensive systems training.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in an applicable field of study.
• 2 yrs Military experience with a C-UAS program or as an Instructor; instructor certifications preferred.
• Experience within DoD programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Word.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team.
• Confidentiality and company loyalty are essential.
• Able to interface with VIPs and executives.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong writing, technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• CBP BI clearance preferred; lack of active clearance is not disqualifying.
• Willing to travel and work overseas (approx. 50%).
• Tower Climbing Certification or ability to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Develop information to publish Safety Manuals and Technical/User Manuals.
• Receive training as a Field Service Representative (FSR).
• Learn electrical, communications, radio, cameras, IT networking, vehicles and mechanics.
• Collaborate with C-UAS engineers to support development, testing and demonstrations.
• Assist Production in assembling C-UAS systems.
• Support Program Management as needed.
• Resolve issues in a military field environment with sound solutions.
• Build trusting relationships through open communication.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities.
• Attend status meetings and communicate project information.
