Job summary

Advanced Technology Systems Company (ATSC) in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an experienced Counter UAS - Lead Engineer to guide end-to-end technical efforts on our Counter UAS programs. You will lead system architecture, sensor integration, testing, and deployments supporting national security objectives.

The role requires deep RF and UAV/UAS hardware know-how, cross‑functional leadership across software, electrical, mechanical, and systems teams, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or CS.
• Deep understanding of RF systems and UAV/UAS development.
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Define RF/Electrical system architectures and rapid prototyping.
• Integrate COTS and custom sensors (radars, EO/IR, RF, acoustic).
• Plan and execute field tests; analyze data to evaluate performance of defenses.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams with program managers and customers.
