Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a Business Development Leader for Consulting Services to drive transformational value propositions with strategic federal clients. You will engage in C-suite conversations, collaborate across IBM units and alliance partners, and shape differentiated solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

Role requires deep experience in executive engagement, cross-unit coordination, and the ability to design tailored solutions for Federal Intelligence Community accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and progress innovative solutions that drive significant business impact.
• Experience with C-suite engagement and senior executive relationships.
• Experience collaborating within a consulting organization and with alliance partners to shape value propositions.
• Ability to design and develop tailored solutions for Federal Intelligence Community clients.
• Strategic relationship management to drive growth and identify opportunities for collaboration.
• Must possess and maintain TS/SCI/CI Poly clearance.
