Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, mentor, develop, and supervise Team Members in the C-Store.
• Provide customers with quick, efficient check-out with accurate transactions.
• Follow regulations for tobacco, lottery, and alcohol sales.
• Ensure safe food handling requirements are followed.
• Oversee gas mart operations including pumps, islands, consoles, and related documents.
• Enforce emergency response procedures for spills and hazardous materials.
• Answer customer questions on location, price, and merchandise.
• Maintain stock levels and restock as needed.
• Open and close the store and ensure security.
• Set displays per Company directives and promote Fleet Farm loyalty programs.
