Job summary

Refuel is seeking a C-Store Manager to lead daily store operations at an assigned location. You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, training, and performance to ensure excellent guest service and operational excellence.

This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with travel limited to occasional local store support. A valid driver’s license and experience in C-store or retail management are preferred.

Qualifications

• C-Store and/or retail manager experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Understanding of store operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including labor, inventory, cash handling and shrinkage.
• Recruit, train and develop team members and assistant managers.
• Schedule labor to match customer traffic and Store Labor Model targets.
• Enforce operating procedures to keep store clean, stocked and organized.
• Place orders to maintain in-stock levels and meet customer demand.
• Monitor prices and complete daily reports and paperwork.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends.
• Coordinate monthly promotions and ensure signage is posted on time.
• Enforce safety and security policies and report incidents.
• Adhere to company policies and the employee handbook.
