Qualifications

• Ability to perform all duties of a store C-store team member.
• Understanding of c-store operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and staffing, including scheduling and training.
• Supervise team members and assistant managers; ensure excellent customer service.
• Control labor, inventory, cash handling, and shrinkage; meet KPIs.
• Execute daily operating procedures to maintain clean, stocked, and well-kept store.
• Place product orders timely to maintain inventory and meet demand.
• Monitor gasoline pricing and report competitive trends; complete required paperwork.
