Job summary

Refuel Operating Company, LLC is seeking a C-Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations at an assigned store. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, supervising the team, and managing labor based on customer traffic and Store Labor Model targets.

The ideal candidate has C-Store or retail management experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong leadership and customer service skills. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in c-store or retail management is required/strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop team members and assistant managers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising staff.
• Manage labor to align with customer traffic and targets.
• Ensure compliance with operating procedures, stock levels, and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor sales reports and KPIs to identify trends and take action.
• Drive promotions, advertising, and in-store signage on schedule.
• Control cash handling, shrinkage, and inventory integrity.
• Maintain safety, security, and company policies as outlined in the handbook.
