Responsibilities

• Control expenses, labor, inventory, and cash handling.
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members for excellent service.
• Schedule labor to match customer traffic and targets.
• Ensure procedures are followed using the Customer Ready Book.
• Maintain stock levels and place accurate product orders.
• Monitor promotions and ensure signage is posted on time.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
