Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, scheduling, training, and supervision of team members and assistant managers.
• Manage labor, inventory, and cash control.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to drive improvements and promotions.
• Implement procedures from the Customer Ready Book to keep the store clean, stocked, organized, and well-kept.
• Ensure accurate product orders and maintain in-stock levels.
• Monitor competitors and complete price surveys daily.
• Enforce safety and security policies and report incidents as needed.
