Job summary

Refuel Operating Company, LLC is seeking a C-Store Manager to lead daily store operations at an assigned location. You will manage scheduling, training, and supervising team members and the assistant manager(s) to ensure profitable, high-quality guest experiences.

You will analyze sales, control costs, enforce procedures, and implement promotions while maintaining safety standards and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• C-Store and/or retail manager experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations including food service, car wash profits, and controllable expenses.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule labor hours to align with customer traffic patterns and Store Labor Model targets.
• Ensure product orders are placed on schedule to maintain in-stock levels.
• Monitor sales, KPIs, and implement monthly promotions and advertising as directed.
• Enforce safety, security, and company policies; adhere to the Employee Handbook.
