Responsibilities

• Recruit, coach and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule labor to align with customer traffic and targets.
• Execute operating procedures to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Place orders on time to maintain in-stock levels and meet demand.
• Monitor competitors' pricing and complete daily paperwork promptly.
• Track cash, shrinkage, and drive-offs; analyze sales reports.
• Implement promotions and ensure signage is posted correctly.
• Enforce safety, security, and company policies from the Employee Handbook.
