Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising team members and the assistant manager(s).
• Manage labor, inventory, cash handling and shrinkage to meet targets.
• Recruit, coach, and develop staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule labor to match traffic patterns and Store Labor Model targets.
• Ensure procedures are followed and store is clean, stocked and well-maintained.
• Monitor promotions, advertising, signage and monthly plans.
