Job summary

Refuel Operating Company, LLC is seeking a C-Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, staffing, and training at an assigned location. The role requires scheduling, coaching, and supervising team members and the assistant manager(s) to ensure excellent customer service and profitability.

The position involves managing labor, inventory, and daily cash processes, implementing procedures, and driving promotions. Flexibility with evenings, weekends, and some holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• C-Store and/or retail manager experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Understanding of c-store operations.
• Good leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising team members and the assistant manager(s).
• Control expenses and labor, monitor inventory, and ensure proper cash handling.
• Schedule labor to align with customer traffic and Store Labor Model targets.
• Enforce operating procedures, ensure proper in-stock levels, and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Review sales reports and KPIs to identify trends and implement promotions and signage.
