Refuel Operating Company, LLC seeks a C-Store Assistant Manager to support daily operations, oversee staff, and drive customer satisfaction. You will help with hiring, training, and development while keeping the store clean, stocked, and compliant with beverage laws.

You will lead by example, ensure accurate cash handling and a strong customer experience, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in retail, food service or customer service.
• Must be able to do basic math at the eighth-grade level.
• On-the-job training provided for new team members.

• Work five days per week, with some weekends.
• Assist with hiring, training and developing team members.
• Ensure clean, well-stocked, customer-ready store.
• Adhere to beverage laws and safety guidelines.
• Handle cash, balance registers, and deposits.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers.
• Lead staff to maintain high store inspection scores.
